1.Define decision packages

Activities are identified by managers. Managers are then to consider different ways of performing the activities.These activities are then described in what is called a ‘decision package’, which:活動(dòng)由經(jīng)理確定。然后,管理者要考慮執(zhí)行活動(dòng)的不同方式。這些活動(dòng)將被描述為“決策包”,包括:

– states its purpose;(what to do and how)說(shuō)明目的、什么、怎么做;

– analyses the cost of the activity;time-taken for each activit分析活動(dòng)成本和每個(gè)活動(dòng)的耗時(shí);

– identifies alternative methods of achieving the same purpose確定實(shí)現(xiàn)相同目的的替代方法;

– establishes performance measures for the activity為活動(dòng)制定績(jī)效指標(biāo);

– assesses the consequence of not performing the activity at all or of performing it at different levels評(píng)估完全不執(zhí)行活動(dòng)或在不同級(jí)別執(zhí)行活動(dòng)的后果.

2.Evaluation and ranking

Management will then rank all the packages in the order of decreasing benefits to the organisation. This will help management decide what to spend and where to spend it. 3.Allocation of resource
